You may amend or cancel your booking in writing by emailing contact@corfueasytransfers.com at least 48 hours before the agreed pick-up time.

If you cancel your reservation 48 hours before the agreed pick-up time you get a full refund. Otherwise, Corfu Easy Transfers reserves the right not to make any compensation and you will not be entitled to a full refund. For pre-paid bookings, any refunds due to you for cancellations will be made to the card used to make the payment within 7 business days (business days being Monday to Friday).

If you wish to cancel a return leg of your journey, you will not be entitled to any refund. If you provide inaccurate details with an invalid pick-up point, you will not be entitled to any refund. You may incur additional charges from Corfu Easy Transfers to complete the Trip. If You are not available at the agreed pick-up Point within 15 minutes of the agreed time, it will be at Corfu Easy Transfers’ discretion to treat Your non-availability as a cancellation, and You will not be entitled to any refund of the fare, and any card costs that you may have paid in advance.  Where Corfu Easy Transfers decides to wait more than 15 minutes from the Agreed Time, then You may be subject to additional charges by Corfu Easy Transfers in respect of any additional waiting time and parking charges and will make such payment directly to Corfu Easy Transfers. We always confirm the flight/ ferry arrival times. The driver will wait for all flights/ferries that are delayed and your arrival transfer is provided without additional charges.

If you do not wish to use the Services for any reason and do not cancel the Booking by contacting corfueasytransfers.com, no refunds will be provided.
